Geoffrey Otieno

Geoffrey Omondi Otieno is a monitoring and evaluation professional with a Bachelor of Science in Population Health from Kenyatta University in Kenya. In his role as the Country Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at The Aga Khan Development Network, Geoffrey has helped public health facilities improve the quality of data used to inform health service delivery to rural communities in coastal and western Kenya.

He previously worked with Education Effect Africa as a WASH training Consultant, where he trained primary school health committees in rural Kenya on water, sanitation, and hygiene. Geoffrey is also an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative East African Regional Leadership Center, and the co-founder of Begin Life Safely Community-Based Organization that educates expectant mothers in rural parts of western Kenya on safe motherhood.
