Enow Awah Georges Stevens MD is a Youth Front-line Health worker, Neglected Tropical disease clinician and a skilled community health Advocate. He has over Seven (7) years experience in research and advocacy on global health, HIV/AIDs, Neglected Tropical Diseases(NTDs) and Adolescent health. He is a leader in ensuring information education and communication activities to prevent and manage Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) among vulnerable groups.
He has extensive experience in Emergency response to tropical diseases such as Buruli Ulcer, Leishmaniasis and Dengue Fever. He has provided technical support to the Cameroon’s Ministry of public health especially in the national program Against Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) by setting standards and guidelines for diseases such as Cysticercosis, Human African Trypanosomiasis (African Sleeping Sickness) and Cysticercosis.
He is the Founder of Organization For Health in Sustainable Development (OHISD) a Youth-Led, Youth- Serving Organization which focuses on Advocacy and service delivery in Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (SRMNCAH).
